The Mineral Resource Estimate has an effective date of December 31, 2021, and was prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. (“SRK”) in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101 Standards and Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) for its 100% owned 足球比赛买球 Mine near Red Lake, Ontario. Mineral Resources are estimated using 95% recovery and are reported at a 3.38 g/t gold cut-off..
